This splitters line adopt a 60 mm width bandknife (+ 30% lifetime increase for each bandknife) and have scrap exhauster with dust stop cartridge filters and self cleaning device by compressed air.
All this means not only significant “direct” cost savings in maintenance activities (service and knife costs), but also a considerable productivity increase and downtime reduction. Therefore they are very RELIABLE AND FLEXIBLE machines, because without restriction of quality, they allow high productivity with a perfect adaptation for the different working methods and the different features of all kind of materials.
